The review site I could never find, so I built it.
I'm Garey, a UK-based website owner.
Over the past few years I've built content websites, online tools and digital resources. Along the way I've bought courses, software, PLR products and marketing systems — some excellent, some disappointing.
I started SimplePLRShop.com because I became frustrated with reviews written by people who clearly hadn't used the products they were recommending. Almost every "review" I read before buying was a thinly rewritten sales page, published on launch day, with an affiliate link at the bottom.
I wanted to create the kind of website I would trust before spending my own money.
The rule every review follows
Buy it. Use it. Document it. Share it honestly.
In that order, every time. No review is published before I've actually done the work.
A few commitments I make
- I only review products I've personally purchased and used.
- I publish real results, including failures and zeros.
- I never use fake testimonials or invented income claims.
- Where a link earns me a commission, I say so before you click.
How tests work here
Each product gets the same treatment. I buy it with my own money, follow the training or instructions exactly as provided, and keep a weekly diary of what actually happens — time spent, results achieved, problems hit. Only after the full test do I publish a verdict.
This is a small, one-person site run in about an hour a day. That constraint is deliberate — most people considering these products don't have more time than that either.
