Who is responsible for your data
SimplePLRShop.com is operated from the United Kingdom. The data controller is the site owner, contactable at hello@simpleplrshop.com.
What is collected
- Email address — only if you subscribe to the weekly diary email. Subscriptions are processed by MailerLite, which acts as a data processor. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
- Emails you send — if you contact the site by email, your message and address are kept only as long as needed to reply and handle the conversation.
- Basic technical data — the web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
What is not collected
No accounts, no payments, no tracking pixels for advertising, and no selling or sharing of your data with third parties for marketing. Ever.
Email subscriptions
You'll receive the weekly diary results and occasional site updates — nothing else. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Your address is removed from the active list when you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@simpleplrshop.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own. Embedded services (such as the MailerLite signup form or Google Fonts) may set their own; see their privacy policies for details.
